What Amie Does.
A successful surgery begins long before the operating room, and at the core of it lies good communication. This is why Amie exists. She gently guides patients before and after their procedures, which helps physicians increase patient satisfaction while improving their bottom lines.
Prevent Cancellations
Unprepared patients result in cancelled surgeries and cost hospitals a fortune. Amie keeps patients informed in real-time with instructions, alerts and guidance to help prevent missed procedures and last-minute complications.
Improve Your Bottom Line
Amie reduces unnecessary visits and increases new patient encounters. And with new remote patient monitoring codes, she helps create new revenue streams for physicians and hospitals.
Reduce Readmissions
Amie helps prevent costly readmissions, one of the most challenging and penalized aspects of healthcare. With virtual check-ins and a dashboard to help physicians monitor progress, she helps ensure patients follow proper instructions and physicians are kept notified of progress and complications.
How Amie Works
Patients download the amie app in order to gain access to their surgical instructions, review educational materials and acknowledge individualized reminders. An easy-to-use dashboard helps physicians and staff track the journey of the patient before and after surgery. This ensures instructions are followed and issues are avoided.

Easy to Use Mobile Application
With Amie, patients have a curated experience to guide them through surgical procedures. From viewing appointments to managing medications to preparing the night before, all the information a patient needs to access before and after surgery is simply a click away.
Viewing Post-Op Instructions
Patients can view medication, wound care, and other instructions related to their recovery directly in the app.
Submit Vitals and Pictures
Patients are able to submit vitals and images of their wound areas which are transmitted directly to the medical staff.
Post-Op Survey
A few days after the procedure, the patients are prompted to submit a survey of their surgeon and optionally are routed to an external review site to submit a public testimonial.
Manage Procedure Start To Finish
Physicians and staff can create comprehensive instructions for surgical patients in minutes, and easily customize and prioritize information as necessary. This offers the ability to monitor each patient’s progress, and ensures that no matter where your patient is in within the surgical cycle, they are not alone.

Full Dashboard
Amie adds visibility and control to the surgical process by managing the progress of multiple patients easily. Physicians and office staff track each patient’s status in real-time and are alerted of potential complications both before and after a procedure.
