Amietm is the new face of healthcare. She is a virtual surgical assistant who supports hospitals and physicians by providing patients with real-time instructions and guidance to help prepare for surgery and recover properly. And you thought she was just another pretty face.
what amietm does.
A successful surgery begins long before the operating room, and at the core of it lies good communication. This is why Amietm exists. She gently guides patients before and after their procedures, which helps physicians increase patient satisfaction while improving their bottom lines.
prevent cancellations
Unprepared patients result in cancelled surgeries and cost hospitals a fortune. Amietm keeps patients informed in real-time with instructions, alerts and guidance to help prevent missed procedures and last-minute complications.
reduce readmissions
Amietm helps prevent costly readmissions, one of the most challenging and penalized aspects of healthcare. With virtual check-ins and a dashboard to help physicians monitor progress, she helps ensure patients follow proper instructions and physicians are kept notified of progress and complications.
improve your bottom line
Amietm reduces unnecessary visits and increases new patient encounters. And with new remote patient monitoring codes, she helps create new revenue streams for physicians and hospitals.
engage patients
Amietm helps patients become more involved in their healthcare. She helps them navigate the stressful and confusing process of surgery. An empowered and well-informed patient increases satisfaction and improves outcomes.
Zero cancellations and zero readmissions in published clinical study.
We demonstrated the utility of a smartphone application in the perioperative neurosurgical care setting with regard to patient compliance and satisfaction as well as surgery cancellations and readmissions.
we are FavorHealth.
We are a medical company reworking a key piece in the giant puzzle that is healthcare. Our experience as physicians has armed us with an unparalleled understanding of the needs of both physicians and patients. Amietm is the embodiment of that knowledge, and our initial focus.

the need for amietm.
Redundant calls, cancelled procedures and readmissions cost hospitals time, money and reputation. The numbers speak for themselves.
By some estimates, 30% of all calls to hospitals are for redundant information such as FAQ’s.
The average number of same day cancellations is 18%. At a cost of $3500 to $7500 per cancelled procedure, costs stack up pretty quickly.
In 2018, 82% of hospitals were penalized for readmissions. New government initiatives makes this a pressing concern.
